TERMS OF SERVICE

By commissioning me, I will:- Draw: fan content, OCs/real people, mild NSFW/light erotica, mild gore, simple or colored backgrounds.
- Not draw: Mecha/robots, explicit NSFW, explicit gore, furry, fetish art, detailed backgrounds.
- Maintain the right to turn down any commission request for any reason.
- Retain the right to post the artwork on my social media.
- Send you a rough sketch of the piece you commissioned before payment to see if it suits your expectations.
- Complete the artwork within 1~4 weeks depending on complexity and place in waitlist.You, as a client...- May NOT claim art as yours.
- May NOT use your commission for any financial or commercial benefit.
- May not use your commission as NFTs.
- May print your commission for personal use only.
- May crop, resize and post the artwork to your own website/social media. Credits are appreciated!
- May request seeing work in progress shots at anytime.
- May request small edits and corrections to finished pieces before our transaction is over. Large edits and redraws must be paid for.By commissioning me, you are hereby stating that you accept and understand the rules stated above.PAYMENT- Payment is via PayPal in euros.
- Cryptocurrency will not be accepted as payment.
- Payment is done after rough sketch has been approved by you.
- You will be sent an invoice as proof of transaction.
- Past line art, refunds are not possible.
- Full payment will be refunded if I have to cancel for any reason.If you wish to tip me, commission placed or not, you can use my ko-fi tip jar!
